OUR DESIGN PROCESS
FAIRE CONNAISSANCE
Start as follows: 1. Fill out the Design Questionnaire; 2. Schedule your complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call during which we'll discuss your needs and see if we are the right fit for you. If so, then 3. Book a paid Consultation that will take place in the location of your project.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our paid consultation entails establishing design goals and objectives for your project and determining your needs and style preferences. You and your designer may sign a "Letter of Agreement" which describes the scope of your project and fees involved.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After the partial or full payment for your project is received, your project will enter the design development phase, and the fun begins. Your designer will devise unique solutions, taking into account your needs, design goals, and project requirements.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
This phase of the project involves visual presentation to and revision by you until the final design solution is achieved. Implementation can only start after you have reviewed completely, approved, and signed off on the final design solution.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This concerns all phases of the project, from sourcing and purchasing furnishings to working with contractors and pros, to inspecting work and supervising delivery and installation, and to accessorizing and styling, until final walk-through between you and your designer.
