Delivered completely online, e-Design is a simple and affordable way to decorate your space.
HOW IT WORKS
1. PACKAGE SELECTION
Start by selecting your design package(s) below, and make a payment with a credit card or through PayPal. If you need help with selection, contact us here first and we'll be happy to assist.
2. PROFILE COMPLETION
Email a rough sketch with measurements and photos of your space(s). Then fill out and submit a Design Questionnaire. Next, schedule your complimentary 20-minute e-Design Call with your designer.
3. DESIGN CONSULTATION
Your designer will go over what is involved in your project and answer questions you may have. After confirmation of your design needs and style, your designer will start working on your project.
4. DESIGN SOLUTION
You will receive your solution package within 1-3 weeks. You will have one round of revisions within 5 days from date of receipt. If revising beyond this time, you will be billed at a rate of $100/hr.

1. e-Design is an online design and decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space, and are not intended for construction purposes.
2. e-Design Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the project.
3. e-Design Client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fees of $100 per phone or Zoom session requested beyond the consultation time.
4. Kaïsa Design Studio will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the e-Design project.
5. Client will receive the e-Design solution package via email between 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt of all items needed to start the project (payment, questionnaire, rough sketch with measurements, and photos). All digital boards will be emailed in PDF files.
6. Client may cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If canceling on time, Client will receive a full refund minus a 10 percent (10%) administrative fee. Beyond 24 hours, no cancellation is allowed and no refund will be provided.
7. Kaïsa's designers endeavor to create a design plan that will be both functional and beautiful. From in-depth phone call, continued email communication, discussing Client's inspiration images, and offering a revision round - Kaïsa's designers are confident they can create a beautiful design for Client. The design fee pays for the time dedicated to Client's project. Money will not be refunded if Client is dissatisfied with the design that is provided.
8. It will not be Kaïsa Design Studio's responsibility to arrange for repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with suggestions for the e-Design project.
9. Kaïsa will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction; for the fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-Design project; and for the acts or omissions of the contractor, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-Design project, or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion date.
